2017 - 2018 in Review

The Larimer County Historic Alliance had fallen dormant for about a decade and a half when it was revived on February 25th, 2017 and renamed Historic Larimer County. A new board was formed and began to chart a course for the newly re-energized organization. Programs began to emerge such as the monthly “Tours & Talks.” Some events were very well attended… others not so much. But membership grew from 30 to 70 people. HLC gained a few corporate sponsors. And stories of the history of Larimer County, and especially how those stories are intimately connected to specific places, were shared.
